It s very extreme, but I went on a total food replacement diet called Lipotrim - they have a website if you re interested. I think the Cambridge diet is done the same way, as well as a few others.It s really tough, but I lost a stone after about 10 days. I would choose one where you re monitored by a health professional like the Lipotrim system, just to be on the safe side.
Simple...cut out processed / fried / fatty foods. Eat lots more fresh fruit veg, lean meats (more fish chicken, less red meat), and make sure you drink at least a litre of water a day. Exercise is essential...if you can t face the gym, make sure you take a brisk walk (one which leaves you somewhat breathless) for at least 20 mins every other day.Good luck!
