Absolutely, although I m not buying the no time for a workout thing... If you watch TV or cruise the internet, then you have time to work out. There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didnt get buff for Fight Club by drinking green tea and you wont either. The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn.To lose weight, experts agree you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes at 60%-70% of your Max Heart Rate (MHR). A simple way to calculate MHR is 220 minus your age. So if youre 45 years old, for example, your MHR would be 220-45=175. 60% of 175 is 105, and 70% of 175 is 122.5. So you should exercise daily for 30 minutes at a heart rate between 105 and 123.You dont need additional equipmentinfomercial products like the Ab Lounger, Sauna Belt, etc. are all worthless gimmicks so dont waste your money.Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. If you don t wake up ravenous, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed. Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Become familiar with websites like http://chubbyloser.com that contain good information on what to eat, including supplements.Don t consume alcoholalcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderationIm not debating thatbut were talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isnt almost clear, you need to drink more water.
Lend me a million dollars and the worry shall remove all your extra weight without any efforts
No, you have to give up something to lose weight, and not only that but you want to do it quickly. You cannot have it all ways, if there were such a thing there would be no fat people. You don t want to work out, compromise on your meals, go on a fad diet, or a long term diet, you want it quickly and healthily.Maybe the wish diet? You do what you wish and pretend you lost weight when anyone asks
Buy a calorie counter watch.3,500 calories burned equals one poundKeep your food intake to 1,200Add both numbers and you have your total calories needed to burn each day of the week.It really doesn t take much. If you change your view on how to loose weight its alot easier when you are looking at numbers instead of miles.I went from 168 to 127 using this plan.Lean Cusine meals are a great source while doing this..their prepackaged meals are sooo good and they are approx. 180 to 380 per box so you can eat like 5 of them a day and still be under your intake level. Dont forget..Water!!!

Ultimately, it takes willpower. While I m not a fan of fad diets or counting calories, a little bit of planning can go a long way. Low-fat milk or yogurt with cereal in the morning could be a good start. A salad with a low-fat dressing for lunch. A healthy dinner of your choice (don t overdue it on the meat or carbs but don t deny yourself). Of course, you have to midify it to ensure you get enough vitamins and protein everyday or your body will catabolize itself! Definitely talk to a nutritionist if you have the money to spare. If you don t have time for a meal, don t get greasy fast food. Stop by the store and pick up something good for you. Celeray is a great snack because you burn more calories eating it than it gives you. As far as workouts, well, you do have time. A few pushups and situps right before you shower takes three minutes or less.
CUT OUT PROCESSED SUGARS CARBS (WHICH MEANS YOU LL NEED TO READ THE PACKAGING ON EVERYTHING YOU BUY). NO SODA, POWER DRINKS, STAR BUCKS COFFEE S (EXCEPT PLAIN, DECAFFINATED), ETC. DRINK WATER ALL THE TIME. YOU CAN GET FLAVORED WATERS AT THE GROCERY STORE (SUGAR FREE) OR DRINK THE NATURALLY FLAVORED WATERS LIKE I DRINK IF YOU GET BORED WITH PLAIN. ARROWHEAD MAKES SOME GOOD ONES OR PERRIER. I ALSO LIKE PLAIN ICED TEA. EAT MORE GREENS AND WHOLE GRAINS, BUT LIMIT YOUR BREAD TO TWO SLICES A WEEK AS BREAD HAS A BUNCH OF SUGAR. EGGS ARE GOOD (ANYTIME) AND WHOLE GRAIN, NON-CORN CEREALS ARE GOOD WITH FAT FREE OR SOY MILK. STAY AWAY FROM POTATOS (CHIPS, FRIES, HASHBROWNS), CORN, CARROTS ( --- LIMITED IS OKAY), ETC. STICK WITH PROTEIN LIKE MEAT, FISH, CHICKEN/TURKEY AS YOUR ENTRES AND LEARN TO LIMIT YOU PORTIONS. EATING GOOD STUFF IS OKAY BUT IT S ABOUT CALORIES, FATS, SUGARS CARBS (SO START COUNTING AND AIM FOR 1700 CALORIES A DAY). OVEREATING THE GOOD STUFF WILL UNDERMIND YOUR PROGRESS JUST AS QUICKLY AS EATING THE BAD STUFF. LEARN TO LIKE NUTS (PEANUTS, PASTACHIOS, ETC) FOR A HEALTHY SNACK (NO HONEY ROASTED, OR SUGAR COVERED) AND SUGAR FREE CANDY FOR SWEETS. I LIKE NIPS . YOU CAN EAT THEM THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITH MUCH DAMAGE TO YOUR CALORIE COUNT. OH, NO ALOCHOL. IT S FULL OF SUGAR AND CARBS AND THAT WILL CHUNK YOU UP QUICKLY. IT SOUNDS LIKE A PAIN BUT YOU LL GET USED TO IT IN A COULE WEEKS. BY THE WAY, FIND 30MIN, 3TIMES WEEK TO WALK, BIKE, JUMP AROUND IN FRONT OF THE TV. ANYTHING TO GET YOU HEART RATE UP. SO SIT UPS I BED OR BUY A STATIONARY BIKE (USUALLY LESS THAN $100). GET INTO A GOOD VITAMIN PROGRAM WITH FISH OIL AND FIBER PILLS ADDED IN. GO TO A VITAMIN STORE AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO. TAKE THEIR ADVICE THEN GO TO A DISCOUNT STORE (WALMART, RITE AID, ETC) AND BUY THEM AT A LOWER PRICE. THAT IS IT AND IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF, IT S A PERMANENT CHANGE. IF YOU ONLY DO IT FOR A WHILE, YOU LL ONLY LOSE WEIGHT OR SUSTAIN YOUR LOWER WEIGHT FOR A WHILE, THEN YOU PUT IT BACK ON WITH A LITTLE EXTRA. AND IN CASE YOU ARE WONDERING, I VE LOST 30LBS SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR (255 TO 225).
It s not healthy to make a bunch of weight rapidly fall off. I have a very bus schedule, but I wanted to lose weight, so I made time. I have breakfast (yogurt and a granola bar), then for lunch I have a lean cuisine, and then a reasonable dinner. When I get home, I take one of the dogs for a walk for at least a half hour. I know what you re thinking.. yeah, right! I thought the same thing.. But let me tell you.. If you do a drastic change..you re less likely to stick with it. If you just take small steps, you ll be more likely to succeed. When I first started eating those Lean Cuisine meals, I thought to myself, I ll need three of these to fill me up. Maybe so, but in due time, I got full on one. If you don t have time to walk, take the stairs instead of an elevator. Park farther away. There are many things you can do to help. Also, remember to drink plenty of water. Not only will it help you stay full longer, but it will also help your skin s appearance. If you don t like the plain taste of water, try flavored water. I added lemon juice to mine.I m not saying this will work for everyone, bu it s worth a shot. I ve been doing this since December and I ve lost 26 lbs. ince then. Once you start to see the weight come off, that s even more motivation...Good luck!
well there is all you have to do is watch what you are eating and make sure that you are not eating fatty foods. make sure that you eat right but you shouldnt eat so much. you should always just walk a little more and make sure that you are using your time wise. and see if you can make a diet for yourself which makes you loose weight but not as fast.
try cutting your normal meals in half..if you eat a burger, only eat half, sandwitch..cut in half, steak, eat half..(save the other half for another meal.a calorie is a calorie, and if you eat less calories, you will lose weight
drink 4 points of water every day walk if possible every day eat low kcal meals, and if you start your day with hot water with a slice of lemon it will get your day off to a great start swim if you can get it into your weekly schedule
