You should check your body mass index online and compare your weight to the healthy weight of someone your age, height and weight. It sounds like you are pretty active, and healthy. Snacking 4 hours before bed isn t really healthy because your body doesn t digest properly. If you do want to snack before bed, try healthy alternatives.
