What are some good weight loss tips for a 40 something year old man who weighs about 220 and is about 6 0 tall? What is a good target for caloric intake? He is moderately active, too. (He s just started walking to work.) It s my dad and I m just trying to give him a little advice, but what works for me is different than what will work for him. Any advice, resources, etc. would be good.
