If you add weight training you will see your results go through the roof. Adding resistance training of any sort will be 10X better than just cardio alone. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns off more calories - something like 200 more an hour. Pancakes (esp. instant powder kind) are just empty carbohydrates what are the equiv. of junk food. Bacon is LOADED with salt - which forces the body to retain water to absorb it thereby keeping your weight higher. I agree with the principle of eating a big breakfast - but it should be oatmeal (non-instant), fruit, a protein shake, and a non-calorie drink like coffee or unsweetened iced tea.

there is only one way to lose weight. you need to eat less and exercise more. eat healthy foods. drink plenty of water. walk, run, jog, dance, bike, swim, anything that gets you moving. no junk food. no fast food. eat a good breakfast, and include some protein with it. don t eat anything after 7:00 pm. at restaurants put half of your meal in a container to take home for the next day before you start to eat.
