How to lose weight in a short amount of time? -

I m going to be at the beach this coming up weekend and I would like to look a lot better than I do, I have been doing sit-ups, walking, running, and eating healthier and not as much, in hope I will see results soon, if you have any more tips on how I can speed up this process, PLEASE HELP! , thank you.
