Weight loss tips please? -

im a 14 year old female who weights 177=[any tips?

To get rid of extra weight you need a calorie deficit, cutting calories through diet should be minimal and burning calories through exercise maximum. Teens can lose weight fast only if they push themselves in every workout. The faster you want to lose weight, the more effort you have to put in.Keeping it simple and going one step at a time is essential to lose weight permanently. Too many people make losing weight a lot more complicated then it actually is. A healthy balanced diet with regular exercise is all you need. Burn more calories then you consume - Simple!

because u are so young, diet pills can be horrible on your body, but if you feel like you are eating too much then you can try appetite suppressant drink mixes. you mix them in your drink about 30 minutes to an hour before eating and it makes you feel like your not hungry. i would talk to your parents before taking it, but if you get the right ones then they can be perfectly safe. also, ask your parents if they d like to go on a walk every night and maybe take your dogs or something. If you make it so your not working out alone, then you ll enjoy it more and want to do it more often.

I would exercise (like taking walks, jogging, running, push-ups, ect.) I would also start eating healther, smaller meals such as salads and fish. Too many meats, breads and rice arn t good. Hope this helps!
