Does anybody know how to lose weight quickly without not eat or exercise? -

i need to lose wheight because i have a family reunion and they all remember me bye my skinneyness

Water , water , water,,Drink a 4 to 6 oz glass of water before, during and after each meal..You will be so full , you won t believe it..Also eat small portions of foods that are good for you.,.No Pastas, potatoes , cheeses.Eat fruit, vegetables and small portions of meat.. to make sure you eat the right amount eat off of a salad plate and don t pile it high..and no seconds..also drink at least 3 more 8 oz glasses of water during the day..

Liposuction, maybe?Edit: Very mature, giving me a low rating for telling the truth... You cannot lose weight like that without eating healthy and exercising. Even if you had lipo or took fat burner pills, your body would look bad because you lost all the weight, but the skin wouldn t shrink and tone with your body. Seriously, wanting to lose weight and be skinny so people would remember you.. that s really shallow. How about losing weight to better yourself and your health, and letting your personality be what s remembered.

I would just eat small amount of food everytime but I don t eat a big meal and I would be active on just doing things that s one way of losing weight.

you can eat all what you like just reduce the quantity until your stomach use to a small quantity of the meals

Just eat healthy and be active. Losing weight any other way is unhealthy.
