How to lose weight and eat more? -

i need to lose weight for health reasons.but also im getting married in dec 09. i have a very little appetite. but never want food even at meal times.was told to have 1900 calories a day .but dont eat half of that.any suggestions .i have to take prozac 80mg a day for depression and bein agrophobic which dont help .

Early in the morning before you eat, your levels of muscle and liver glycogen (stored carbohydrates) are low.
