Don t think about losing weight that fast. Just exercise everyday or 4 times a weeks and eat correctly. Eat a little several times a day to boost metabolism, but make sure it s healthy for you. AEROBIC EXERCISE is best. Running is the best way to lose weight (and not have a whole bunch of muscle because running makes your muscles lean and cut). Jog 30 minutes straight without stopping (it doesn t matter how fast you run for now) because after the 30 minutes, then the fat starts burning. I would also do a little warm-up jog before the main job in order to get warmed up and a make sure you walk a bit after the jog to cool down. Make sure you stretch well before and after exercising (and also before you sleep) so that fat will distribute around your body and not bunch up (so that you look skinnier and better shaped). Joining a sport at school makes it easier because then you re forced to run by the coach.Keep your expectations REAL!
Losing weight fast really isn t healthy. If you exercise and eat well you will become more healthier and in turn lose weight. Joining a sports team can be a fun way to get excerise. Or going for long walks or jogs with your girlfriends and chatting. Helping your parents with shoveling the snowy driveway or mowing the lawn is also good exercise and I m sure they will be pleased with you. :) Make sure you are eating LOTS of fruits and veggies. Try to not eat to much sugary stuff or deep fried food. Hope that helps a bit! :)
HiIf your 13 and overweight then look at your diet. Cut out all sugary drinks and foods. Forget all the junk foods and avoid as much as possible anything that comes in a packet or a box. Get busy with activities such as cycling, walking, running, swimming or any type of sport and the weight will drop off
