How to lose weight fast? -

okay so i have two weeks til i go back to school.. i am 5 9 and i currently weigh 137 lbs. i would LOVE to get down to 130 and clear some of the weight off of my thighs. how many calories should i eat per day in order to lose this? and any easy exercises? thanks.and please i don t need to be reminded how hard or unhealthy it is to lose weight fast.

You are very skinny! BUT if you insist on losing weight, just cut your portions down and exercise a lot more.

I just lost 20 pounds in 1 month. A total of 50 pounds in a yr. I cut back on my eating. I m keeping my weight down by eating around 2000 calories a day. Try eating fruit, more veg s, Chicken and fish. Walking and weight lefting can help on your thighs. Good luck, on loosing your 7 pounds. You can do it! :)

Dont starve yourself, you should exercise about half an hour daily. You should drink about three cups of low fat milk ever day. Eat healthier foods. Check labels on boxes to see how much fat is in stuff. Only eat an apple for breakfast, and some kind of drink. I dont want to bore you with why this helps, it just does.

you could go running or eat healthy foods, maybe even cut one meal for a day out of the week. i do this in wrestling and usually tend to drop like 5 lbs

a realist easy answer... replace something fatty in your diet, like soda to diet soda, or ice cream to a healthier alternative( sorbet)

Lots of water and cut out the sugar....hit the gym for at least 30 min for lots of cardio..you don t have to run...the elliptical is a great one

Drink Green Tea every day! It works GREAT! Green tea flushes you out, to make you skinner. It worked for me i already lost 10 pounds! Yay!Merry Christmas :]
