There is no fast way to lose weight. it takes time and commitment. You have to eat properly, do cardio, and lift weights, if you want to lose weight. There are also weight loss supplements on the market that do actually work, but you are far too young for that stuff.

TOTALLY cut juice and pop out of your diet, With juice/pop/sodas your quenching you thirst, and taking in ALOT of calories and with water your doing the same thing except your taking in no calories at all! Do some cardio, example, run updown the stairs 50 times a day, or go jogging outside. Stay away from junkfood, that makes a big difference. And most of all, stay commited to your diet plan, thats where all the magic happens!
I understand =/but its not about being in a diet..its a life style..you know?since your young you should eat breakfast..like a cerial and a glass of orange juice with some type of fruit...and apple will be great =)take snacks to schoollike veggies or a fruit.i love apples with peanut butter =)its a heatly snacku can even mixx fruit with chocalate and stuff but just enough u knowfrozen yogurt its super good i lyk it better than ice cream lolzand popcorn is healthy too=)then eat like a sandwich or something for lunchhave your gaurdian make you supper before 6!and at 6 play soccer in the backyard =)or just play and be active you knowif no1 wants to take a walk with you then do that.sleep 8hours.at nite eat something light.maybe a glass of milk with a small peice of bread or a toast u know.and oh drink about 8 glasses of water thorugh out the dayand then on the weekends go out to eat =)ur fav. fast food r sumthingu kno? rewrd urself.just eat it before 6 lol

i lost 8 pounds in one month just by changing my diet and excersising a little bit everyday. it was hard for me at first but after a few weeks, you lose your taste for chocolate, candy, ice cream and the junk..if you stay away from it.
