Don t ever take slimming pills as they harm your body and doesn t really help to lose weight. You should try jogging for minimum 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week. It would be better if you can jog everyday. Maybe yours ain t fat but they are water retention? Remember to eat healthily! Avoid junk food like potato chips and fast food even though they are tempting. All the best! :)

im 14; 5 feet; 135lbany ideas on how to at lease lose 35 pounds without killing myself or doing any harm to my body ? im already working out and drinking high amounts of water but nothing really seems to be working.
