How to lose weight without exercise? -

ive broken my collar bone skiing, so over the past few days ive eaten loads and gained 1/2 stone! so i cant exercise, but i want to get a kick start into losing all that junk food weight! please no stupid answers like you shoulndt be losing weight :P

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else! and try to amuse yourself with something, sounds like you eat out of boredom.

What I did was I got a weight loss motivation package from www.independentachievement.com It literally saved me from my sugar addiction and got me drinking more water and stopped me from overeating. I actually got it both on cd and download.

worked 4 my mum wen she wanted go get rid of all de holdiday fat ...juice ...coffee n fags ... n an apple n eggs but without de york ...no more dan 3apples n 2 eggs in a day ...trust me it works if u keep this up 4 a week ..u will be amazed

um, I would say just eat healthy,um, eat 3 meals a day... I have lost about 10 lbs in about 6 weeks on the Special K diet... I know you aren t on a diet, but Special K is very tasty, you would need to eat it for two of your meals a day, that is what I did... but just eat, don t starve yourself, you want to check out a few websites how to eat healthy, ya know...

Minimize of eating carbohydrate foods such us bread and rice,pasta, pastries, cakes,chokolates 2.Avoid eating fatty foods and articial foods this kind of food does nt you give nutrients to your body instead eat more veggies3. Do not overeat or have a mid night snacks, the tendency is that during night time our metabolism go slow down and It cannot not be digested easily at night and turns to fat. 5. Avoid eating infront of television TV, the fact is that while your enjoying watching movies you do not recognizes that you have eat alot 6. Don t skip meals, some people say skipping meals make you slim or thin it might work for them but others did not. Some poeple suffer from poor diet and complicate to other diseas such as ulcers.Skipping of meals just like cheating yourself the reason is that, like you did not eat breakfast in the next meals lunch time you eat lot because you said to yourself you did nt eat your breakfast the possiblity is that will gain weight I said these I already experience

The only way to lose weight without exercising is to control your calorie intake, just eat enough not to go hungry, remember you are not able to burn off excess calories by exercises so your intake is crucial, get a dietitian to arrange a specific diet like when I broke my leg, I was put on a diet high in protein low in carbs and salt I supplemented stray vitamins and minerals with vitamin tablets from my health food store. It wasn t pleasant but it helped me loose that extra weight I gained from sitting around.

Walking and just watching what you eat.
