Yes, but keep in mind, just by living you burn calories. Go to http://health.discovery.com/tools/calcul�� to see how many calories you would burn a day just lying down and keep in mind that if you walk around and do other activities you re burning calories so yes, intake less than your burning.. but that doesn t mean you should run til you burn 1800 calories, that would be suicidal.
