learn to walk far. then learn to jog far. then learn to run far. go to the gym. stop eating garbage. stop eating befor you go to bed and when you watch t.v.. telll ppl yr trying to loose weight this helps hold you to your goal. there is no overnight or one week soulution. i promised my self on january 1st that i would exercise everyday and stop eating all fried food and anything that can be deliverd to my house or dorm. ive been loosing about 5 pounds a month consistanlty and sometimes 10lbs and keeping it off (it stagnates or stays the same some times or a lil bit comes back now and again but thats normal) by runing 2 miles a day 3 - 4 days a week. i never liked cardio but as people tell you your looking good you begin to love it. diets dont work tried em just stay away form all things fried and all things fast food. excersise stop drinking anything thats not water orange juice or apple juice or gatorade. obviolusy let slide a couple drinks on the weekend. but get focus get commited. i was always the big guy not so fat but could loose some weight/ every year going up a waste size guy its my second year in college. went home last christmas was still same guy. came back in may after loosing about 40lbs my female freinds treated me a whole lot differently this summer. so slow and steady only way. that finger down the throat crap n not eating and stuff dont even think abou tthat so in less than a year i have transforemd myself by reading a couple mens health magazines and doing what i said.

Figure out what you are stressing about , detoxify with apple cider vinegar tablet or liquid form bath in or drink(tsp - 1/4 cup )with lots of water and also following the health food guide .(excercise)(breath )
