How To Lose Weight For Someone My Size? -

Okay, I know I m not FAT.But what s a good way to lose weight?I m 12, about 5 4, and about 120 LBS.I want to get down to about 110-115.Help?

Well first of all you should eat healthy and drink mostly water if your thirsty because most drinks including fruit drinks contains alot of calories. Also when you think you are hungry drink some water because water can put your hunger off for a while. You should eat fruit but not too much because fruits you buy frm stores contain alot of sugar and thats why fruits taste sweeter than natural fruit like if you pick an apple from the actual tree. And excercise like take a walk or go for a run. It doesnt matter how much you eat its what you eat that matters.

at your age, it s not really necessary to work out and lose weight since your going through puberty. You re growing at this stage and your body changes as you go. BUT if you really want to lose weight and tone your body, you should run/do cardio BEFORE you do situps or pushups or anything like that.

Don t worry about your weight too much. You are really at the perfect weight. I would encourage you to eat healthy, make sure you get 5 of the fruit/veggie combo a day, drink plenty of water (divide your weight by 2 and drink that many ounces) and exercise. Interval training is great to burn off a few extra pounds, good for your heart and lungs too. Focus on being healthy. You ll glow and that s more attractive than being too skinny. it will be much harder for someone your size to lose 5 pounds than someone who is 300 pounds. so what you really have to do is cut out all junk/ overly processed foods and soda. run/jog at least 4 times a weak for at least 20-60 minutes. eat protein, veggies and drink a lot of water. good luck

a twelve year old should not be worried about weight. but the only weigh to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. eat more salads. take walks. ten pounds should nt be that hard to lose, but i m sure you look fine the way you are.

Considering your height and weight, you should probably just exercise and eat right. This will allow you to stay healthy and fit.

maybe just 1000- 600 jumping jacks a day you can choose groups of how many at a time

Cut out soda chips and other fatty foods from your diet and walk do sit ups this should show results
