How to lose weight in the healthy way? -

i joined weight watchers over a year ago and lost 6 stone .i lowered my portion size and ate more healthy but didn t do any exercise which i regret because now my skin is so saggy so now i have to tone up i hope this advise helps good luck in loosing your weight x
