Weight watchers is good and so is south beach diet. Also make sure you excercise not just diet!
swimming, snow boarding, or club dancing every night! Go Crazy!

Well, I am going to tell you what worked for me. My Dr. recommended the Medifast Diet. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours. You lose weight quickly and healthy with very little execise. I lost 26 lbs. so far. If you want more information just e-mail at lovejae247@yahoo.com
eat less, but not half of what u eat...cutting down too much will make you even more hungry and if you give up ur diet after that you will gain much weight...exercise too...sry dont know any websites...but exercise and eating healtier and less should do it
