why did you not take pills for a year?? im hypothyroid, and will be on medication forever, if i stopped my tablets for a year, id be dead, due to a myxedema coma.You need to eat healthily, and excersize, expct weightloss to be slow though.
Do you mean you were taking Synthroid? Why don t you just try what every normal person does to lose weight- diet and exercise. Duh.
If you are back on your meds you need to watch diet and exercise. If you are not on your meds get back on them.
