How to lose weight? -

My husband has a back injury and can t work out, he quit smoking 4 months ago and has gained 25 pounds since, he wants to lose about 40 pounds, can he take HydroxyCut?He is taking Tylenol, Midrin, Depakote, and Fioricet.Please give me some advice??

If he stops eating, he ll lose weight. Period!
