I d say youre both....right and meanfirst, you have to remember we have become a tv addicted, fast food nation, where many kids arent taught to get off their bums and run around. Phys Ed in many schools has become obsolete. Many 20 somethings find themselves wanting to be healthy and not having been taught the basics...so they ask the more knowledgable - which would include you....how bout having some heart and helping teach?
you right, we are always looking for short cuts. but the raw truth is what u said, get your booty in some spandex and work out those thunder thighs until you feel good. other wise, who cares right. lol
