use up more calories in a day than you take in.so you can eat the same as you do now but do more exercise or you can exercise the same as you do now but eat a little less everyday.You ll feel hungry for the first few days but you re body will adjust and after 4-5 days you shouldn t be in discomfort.do it in small bits every day.be very aware of what weight you should be around for your height and age, you may not need to lose weight.
