How to lose weight, and look great! -

I m 180 pounds at 5 8 and have extra fat in the typical belly, inner thighs and underarm areas. I have a wide frame (hips and shoulders) and in the past two years I ve gained 20 pounds. I know it d be healthier to exercise more but I honestly have no time- 19 credits, part-time job, sorority activities, music ensembles. I barely have time to sleep! Help me please!

wear a slim belt... there like 5 bucks at walmart and they go around ur stomach and it makes u sweat the water weight... thats idea one.. 2 start eating better eat yogurt instead of ice cream black coffee instead of coke and water instead of everything u drink... when parking at school park farther away so u are forced to walk farther... take vitamins so that if puts back everything ur not eating with food... it is possible deary u just gotta want it

If you don t have time then do high intensity interval training on stationary bike..
