(Girls)How to lose weight on my legs? but not too much? -

I have dropped a size in bottoms, but where my thighs are at i dont exactly have a right fit. i want to lose weight in my leg area, any ideas? I m a girl, if that helps.Thank you.

Doesn t take girls to answer your question, and the answer is posted here dozens of times a day...you cannot target areas to lose weight. Period.You eat right and do cardio exercise to lose weight and burn fat. The fat comes from all over your body. There is NO way to target a specific area for fat burn.You CAN target tone muscle though. Exercises for certain body parts will tone or build muscle which will not only help you look better and be more fit, but also increase your metabolism (as more muscle means a faster metabolism).
