Easy :) You have exactly 19 days to lose weight starting today. So, the best way to see results fast is to cut out ALL bread, milk, cheese, sugar, soda s and anything with saturated fats. Basically any junk food and bread and dairy products. Replace all this with fruits and veg and water. You will see results in like, 5 days. Secondly, EXERCISE :) Running is the best way. Start running 5 minutes today, then 6 minutes tomorrow, then 7 the next day and increase a minute each day. I ve been doing this since Sunday (i m on 10 minutes today) and WOW. I already look pretty toned already :D good luck, this CAN be done so don t doubt yourself!
