So I recommended that :-)Invest some of your money or your parents money into some running shoes.Make an iPod playlist specifically for running (eminem, pink, Guns N Roses is best for that)and when your run use your ipods stopwatch (main menu.. under extras). and try to get a better time for each mile you do
the best thing is just check out your diet and better go fir yoga classes and do atleast one hour in morning per day which really controls your mind and body and slowly your body gains out strenth .......u need not do any dieting r some thing like that but better besides your food have a look on fruits and vegetable(green ones) thats all i m sure u shall co-up wellall the vry bst..........................enjoy ur lyf
