How to lose weight on my sides? -

There is so much fat on my sides I feel like I could die. Are there any exercises that will help make that go away? I do sit ups every day, practice on eliptical machines, and run quite a bit. My diet is healthy, but no matter what, I have the most fat on my body on my sides. Its starting to build up and I want to get rid of it, do you know how I can?

Do this medicine ball exercise: Sit up on the floor with your knees bent. Put a medicine ball next to you on your left. In one motion pick it up in both hands and stretch your arms out in front of you, then put it as far around your right side as you can reach. Do two sets of 15.
