How to lose weight quick? -

I would love to lose at least thirty pounds in four months, but I don t know what diet or workout to stick to. Please, please help me out!

okaay, i just wanna say hello my names lindsey. i asked a similar question but...mine was different becasue i need to loose wieght for cheer. and in 3 weeks. but lisette^^^ decides to tell us to go die. but i just thought id tell you what im doing to help. im doing this workout vid called 30 day shred by lillian michaels. i also use 1,200 calorie diet everyday and i run a mile every other day. hope i helped(:

Pump some iron. Resistance training, (weight training), can help both sexes stay lean by building muscle and raising metabolism. The fact is, hours and hours of aerobic exercise won t help most people lose weight fast because your metabolism drops back to normal fairly quickly after stopping the exercise. If you gain muscle, however, your body s resting metabolism, (the amount of calories you burn when you re just sitting still), increases, because muscle requires a lot of calories to maintain. Studies have shown consistent weight training to raise the body s metabolism by 15%. This means an average woman might burn 200-300 more calories at rest every day! Resistance training is the gift that keeps on giving! Although, keep in mind that muscle mass weighs more than fat (don t be surprised if you gain weight but look slimmer).

Things You ll Need:willpower healthy foods (low carbs) dedication and 30-60 minutes free. 1. First you need to lose the weight for you first and foremost. Once you have decided that your ready and on your way to looking how you want to look.2. Fruits and vegetables are your friends make sure that you stock up on them and don t just get one or two. Get a variety of fruits and vegetables so you do not lose interest in them. Example grapefruit, oranges, apples, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, blueberries, etc. Also the hard part is baked goods bread cookies all the things that people love to eat that have tons of carbs including pasta must be out of the house (No Cereal other then special K). Anything other then water must be tossed also. Gatorade and vitamin water are the exceptions but water will work quicker.3. Now on a good note there is one cheat allowed. You can buy your favorite ice cream given that they have a fat free or low fat version of it. When your craving become extreme you may cheat and have a cup full. This occasional satisfaction should keep your cravings in check.4. As for most meals it is important to have a high protein intake. White meat is the best for you. Chicken and fish are a necessity. If you love hamburger meat or other red meats there are imitation turkey and things like that and it must be what you use. Red meat can only be an occasional thing twice a week maximum. No pork or pig type products other then ham once a week.5. Now the working out is necessary. Go to the gym and run on either the elliptical or treadmill. 30 mins to an hour is perfect do what you can if you need to start with 20 mins that s fine too but make sure you move up. ur your kidding rite? stop eating.!! if your realy that fat and you can stand looking in the mirror... then you dont need to eat... or ues diet pills... or do what ever other normal person would do... get off the computer and stop asking stupid questions... and go out side and run or play or what ever you wanna do... go see your friends... god.!!

30lbs in 4 months sounds achievable. I think if you try cutting about 500 calories from your daily intake and get 20-30 minutes exercise at least 5 days a week.
