How to lose weight quickly ? -

I decided i HAVE TO lose weight, so recently i stopped eating sweets, candy s, chocolate, chips, ... But i m suppose to hit the gym too but i never have the time cause of school and homework and stuff .. so please any other tips to lose weight quickly? Thankss !! =] xx.

You don t always have to minimize your diet. Do eat some daily otherwise you will fall weak. There is one way I know which can help you to loose weight and also helps to develop the body. You select a circuit for running and make sure that it is long. Start running as fast as you can. You will get very tired after sometime but don t stop running. Keep running as fast as you can as long as you can. Best is if you run for about half an hour a day. Do this before sleeping and dinner and when you come back wait for a few minutes and take a bath with cold water. If you do this you will also get a good sleep at night ! This seems nuts but try this for a few days. The main reason for this is that when your energy gets utilized fast and you tend to run out of energy that is when your body starts releasing energy by burning the fat cells in your body. let me remind you that it is tough but not impossible and is also scientifically proven. If you are successful you will not only loose weight but also develop running stamina. It was very effective and I have learned this.

If you have a Wii Game Sytem, I suggest getting the Wii Fit. It works amazingly, and fast. Most people tell you that you should cut your diet, but this is not the way. I say eat when you are hungry, and only in small portions because it takes that part your brain a while to function. If you are still hungry, then eat, duh :) Do not give up, and splurge, I did this a while ago, and I gained 45 lbs! Not good! (I m 13 right now, jsyk.) If you are interested in something sweet try a bagel! I love bagels, and they fill you up better than a desert. I also agree with the answer from Kshitij Dhar! He is SO right!
