some comments here are very good, on top of what has mostly been said like eating no wheat, carbs, low calorific intake, you should drink lots and lots of water, everytime you get hunger pangs go drink a pint of water. Also eat lots of fruit, currently i have been dieting for 2 months and have lost nearly 3 stone through eating on a daily basis:1 pear2 apples - very good source of fibrehandfull of strawbshandfull of cherries1 orangeAlso eat lots and lots of salad, you can squeeze lemon juice on it aswell rather than ceaser dressing and make sure you also eat lots of protein in the form of egg whites, lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish - DON T eat ham, beef, or other red/dark meats)Also try walking more often, like instead of driving to corner shop, walk. Or walk up stairs rather than taking the lift or escalator.You will see the fat drop off you quite quickly.

if you don t eat you will lose a lot but then you will put it back oni would recomment 1 hour of cardio a day (or what ever you can fit in, just get sweating)eat few carbs, less salt, less sugar and less red meatcut down your servings and aim to eat 1-2 meals a dayi have found this really helps and have lost about 14lbs in 10 days!hope this helpsx
you know, thats not very healthy, and your just wasting your time, because before you know it, you ll gain it all back, and then some.just diet and excersise, and you can lose 20 lbs in one month.:]
