How to lose weight and get ripped at home with no fancy/UN-fancy equipment? -

please help! i live a lightly active life. ill join marial arts in dec. anything i could do to get in shape for that?

Start to build your strength and stamina. Try running 3/4 times a week for at least 20 minutes. Then you can do a circuit which doesn t need a gym and you can do it at home - or in the park. I have given you an example of one that I do but the key is to keep it short and difficult and you will get fit fast.

run up and down the stairs..tins of tomatoes or something - use them as weights to tone up your arms..theyres plenty of things - google itor you could buy a workout video but im tellin ya! wen they say workout they mean WORK OUT!
