Well if you are still drinking coke, eating white bread other junk foods then stop because just by not drinking or eating those things, you can lose quite a bit. Try going for a run, skipping, swimming, take long walks... there is a lot of stuff you can do! Watch how much you are eating [keep a journal too! :)] Try measuring stuff out too because then you know how much you are eating.
