How can I lose some weight? -

I m a fourteen year old boy and i would like to lose some wight over the summer. I would like to go back to school looking slimmer and healthier, any suggestions on how to lose weight with out losing money and any support is gladly taken. :)

there are weight loss pills,drinks,special ramps,boxes,rowers machines of all description out there that are based on the fact that you cut out donuts,chips,candy bars and all you can eat buffets., Walking,running,calisthenics and a proper diet will work just as well and is free.

Try to exercise as often as you can. Swimming, jogging, walking, sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, weights.Another key is to give up all soft drinks IF you do drink them. Drink more water too.Consider doing those exercises with a friend so you can give each other support and accountability.Cut back on the amount of food you eat IF that applies to you.Good luck.

Go for a run, swim, take long walks... just get active! Even bike riding is great. Also, cut out all the junk foods [this includes white bread... go for whole grain]... drink lots of water and eat a good amount of fruit and vegetables. Just watch your food portions and make sure you are eating healthy foods [low in sugar and low in fat]
