the simple answer would be find a gym close by or just buy some if you cant do either just find things that are heavy around Your dads house Ypu will be buff in no time
There are exercises you can do without weights. Also if you get alot of protein in your diet, you can muscle up abit more.

Forget about Slimming World , Weight Watchers and all that mumbo jumbo. What you need is Acai Berry Pills which will burn ur fat gradually and whilst u are takin them, go down the gym and lift some weights (If you want to look buff and not scrawny then concentrate on how heavy the weight is.. DO NOT concentrate on the amount of reps u do in one session) This may not make any sense but i tried lol all the best mate.
