How to lose weight by next week? -

i stop eating junk food so how do i start losing weight by next week, like 3 pounds per week. and please dont say its takes longer to start losing the weight. im 153 pounds

heyok so what i did was stick my finger down my throat cos i had something stuck in my throat...then i threw up cos of thatand now whenever i eat i throw up again...ive lost 3 kilos in the past three days cos i dont feel hungry anymore and barely eatwhich kind of sucks cos i love eating food =(but then again its the fastest way to lose weight...be aware: your nose will start to dry out cos of the slime stuff in ur throat that comes up with the throw up and ull get a cold too but i think if u really want to lose weight its definitley worth it...just be careful that u dont become bulimic or anorexic!=)

Simply drink water, high fiber intake, eat healthfully like, whole fruits, not canned in other words (to much sugars, additives) vegetables, low carbs, lean meats like chicken, pork, fish. Also excersize with music is always fun.

3 lbs per week is possible (although very, very difficult to loose without loosing precious muscle), but you must eat very healthy, eat many small meals, lift weights and perform cardio.

Don t eat, run a marathon every day.

drink lots of water..workout and don t over eat eat lots of veggies and protein and fewer carbs!!
