This is my personal experience. First and foremost rule of loosing weight healthily is slowly. If you loose slowly you won t gain it. Keep patience.Now, follow the things below, it is sure to work, it worked for me. 1. Stop eating in between meals2. Reduce sugar intake as much as possible3. Stop eating fatty stuff. Once a week is fine4. Eat fibrous food to keep your stomach clean5. Don t do over eating. Drink water before having a meal. It is believed that more that half of stomach should be stuffed with water and the rest with food.6. Exercise, brisk walk daily for 30 minutes will work. Some mild exercise to tone up the belly fat etc.7. Keep yourself active8. Think positively, it will take long but it will work and you will not gain wait ever in your life coz you know how to control it. This is the natural way. I lost 12 kgs over a period of 9 months and never gained after that even though my food habits have changed i.e. I do eat fatty stuff now.
