How to lose weight on my waist? at risk of diabetes!!? -

i just found out i am at risk of diabetes (89cm waist) please help me! how can i lose weight off my waist without going to the gym. i dont have any money for that. only 14!!!i do 100 sit ups a day

The best long term answer is to combine fitness with healthy eating. You don t have to go to the gym. If you not very active, just start walking outside- getting faster each time. Doing 100 sit ups a day will not help that much; do sit-ups, but combine it with other activities like push-ups and jumping jacks. Working the muscle will help burn the fat faster when you do it with cardio. If you re really serious about losing the weight, doing cardio won t be so bad, especially when you start to see results and feel better about yourself. You ll start to be more happy and have more energy. With nutrition, start limiting your calories (# depends on weight/age/ activity,etc). Limit your portion size- don t over eat! Eat more whole grains, fruits and vegetable- stop eating sweets and drinking sodas. Have 3 meals with smalll, healthy snacks in between. Drink lots of water- it s better than any other liquid because it doesn t count for any calories. Just write me if you have any other questions.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. You have to cut out white flour....like in white bread. NO SUGAR and cut down on caffiene, because caffiene stimulated cancer cells. I dont think you want that. Most caffiene is found in coffee. Good Luck
