i m in the same boat. i ve lost 25 pounds in about 2 months by drinking LOTS and LOTS of ice cold water because it surpresses appetite and burns calories at the same time. Also, watch your calorie and carb intake. I used to eat less than 1000 calories and less than 40 carbs a day. Also, exersice will always help, even if it s just walking. good luck!
I m a law student (which is about 2 times as busy as high school -- in which case you should know that spell check is your friend, use it!), and I exercise 3-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes. If I can find the time, you can too. Two 15 minute walks a day is a great start. Also, eat less and eat more healthily. No fast food! Try to eat 3-4 fruits and 4-5 veggies per day. To servings of meat is enough -- a serving is about the size of a deck of cards, so half of a chicken breast, etc. Get a book about nutrition and start reading. I wish I would have been more serious about weight loss at your age -- I m losing it now, but I would have looked and felt so much better than I did for many years.
You are not too busy to exercise if you have time to watch TV, talk on the phone, drive around with your friends, surf the internet, etc. There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didnt get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you wont either.Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Dont starve yourself during the day, but if you don t wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important. Don t consume alcoholalcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderationIm not debating thatbut were talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the fat.Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isnt almost clear, you need to drink more water.Good luck.
Eat more meals, less food.Limit your water intake, most of the time you don t even need it. Don t dehydrate yourself, you still need water. But not a lot. You need to exercise, make yourself run, or if your lazy, then do whatever bit of exercise you do, in a hot room. Makes you sweat more. Don t eat junk food. Try sticking to basic stuff. Remember you only need about 2000 some calories in a day. Try to cover that up, but with food having protein.Dont starve yourself either, it makes it worse.

You can Lose 9 lbs every 11 days after you know these facts:Low Fat Foods DON T WORK......... You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.Low Calorie Diets DON T WORK........ You won t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.Low Carb Plans DON T WORK....... You ll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.In fact, the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!Come to the source below,,It will tell you the whole secret of weight loss and it will tell you how to lose weight by eating Chicken,Fish Filet,Cottage Cheese, sandwich and so on.You can find weight loss is so easy and so happy!!!!!The site listed below can help you..
