How to lose weight? -

How do I lose weight??plzzz help me.. ok heres the deal im 12 and i weigh 190lbs. and im 5 7 I have always been big and I want to be skinnier without paying for any treatments or going to a docter i want tips on how to lose it at home plese help ~desperate me~

Don t eat any processed foods. No chips, pretzals, cheese sticks, etcetera. Drink only skim milk, and quite a bit of it.Drink a lot of water. Drink 2 glasses before bed to ensure you must wake up - this will release your growth hormone spike twice and help a lot.Just do some situps and pushups while playing nintendo/watching tv. Why not?DO NOT listen to the woman above me. Fruits especially are usually converted into fructose or glucose immediately - they are good for sources of vitamins if you aren t worried about losing weight only! SHE S RETARDED!!You should be taking a multivitamin daily in the morning or after working out anyway!And alwayse make sure your back is straight, et cetera. Safety first is actually a good idea who would a thunk?

Consume fewer calories per day. Start actually monitoring what you eat and read the labels. You ll be surprised at the junk we feed ourselves.Find an activity you ll enjoy, whether it s walking, swimming, bicycling, tennis, racquetball, or anything that gets you up and moving.Also, drink lots of water each day. Diet and Excercise. I don t know if you need more information that that; but if you do just ask. lol

I can tell you how I lost weight and have maintained it for years. Aside from excercising, and walking, and eating healthy, I try to always have a decent sized breakfast everyday. This jumps starts your metabolism for the entire day. I also have a smalll late morning snack before lunch, and another before dinner (fruit, nuts, or a small piece of cheese). Believe it or not, eating these extra small snacks helps to lose weight by keeping you from getting too hungry and overreating later and by keeping the metabolism running. I also try to have most of my carbs earlier in the day and don;t eat late at night. I give myself a day on the weekend to pretty much eat whatever I want so that I never have to give up sweets, and junk food completely, though. Patience is important. Don t expect to lose it all right away. It took me about 8 months to lose 30 lbs and I ve kept it off for over 5 years so far. Good luck!!

In order for you to lose weight you should drink lots of water everyday to make you full. Eventually you wont be hungry and you ll start losing the weight. Because alot of your weight is probably water you probably need to exercise or sit in a steam room to make you sweat.

Good for you. Some suggestions. Keep a food diary of everything you eat. Eat nothing white, no white flour, salt, sugar, bread, rice and sweet potatoes will be much better than white potatoes. Lots of water, no soda, even diet soda is not good. Lots of fiber like100% whole wheat bread, beans, fruit, and veggies. Read labels for fat and trans fat content. Try to eat ng low fat and nothing with any transfat. Nibble on carrots, they are crunchy and are good for you. Try using a smaller plate when you do eat your meals. And the no-sugar jello is a great snack. You can even put lite cool whip on. Would you be able to find a friend that would walk with you ever day. Don t count calories so much as trying hard to eat the right foods and exercising every day. What about talking to your school nurse or counseler.. I know she (he) would be a great help and support for you. I bet she (he) would even have books you could read, or you could go to the library and find good resource books there. It would not hurt to ask your doctor when you went in again for a check-up. Also your local Health Department would be a help. Main thing is, don t give up and forgive your self if you eat something you are sorry about after, just keep trying and you will succeed. Good luck to you!!!!.

Eat healthy often, drink water 1 oz per lb body weight b hydrated. No fatty / sweet snacks - fruit veggie U will look feel better. Gentle exercise every day 1 hour aerobic - so U sweat.

You can eat fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, exercise 3 times a week for 15 minutes, and don t eat a lot of red meat! Trust me, this works because my mother lost weight from doing this!

You are fat because you eat too much! You don t need doctors to help you. Stop eating so much junk food!

Hi i am 15 n weight 147 i was bigger, but i watch wat i ate. Im not sayin tat u should eat, but eat good things. Drink a lot of water it realy help( at least 6 glasses a day) u will also have to do exercise go out and walk for 30 min a day n do sit-ups and jumpin jacks, get a friend or a family member to do it wit u. The Holidays are around the corner. There is alot of bad things to eat on Holidays. eat but only till u get full. Sit down and eat a meal for atleast 20 minutes it takes 20 minutes to fill full.
