its not that uve failed in the motivation area its just that u havent found the approach thats right for uif u eat healthily and by that i mean...8 glasses of water a day....only the occasional treat eat pleanty of fruit and veg and lean meats like turkey, chicken and fishsalads etc ull deffo lose the weight by ur special occasionmake sure u do some cardio...can be anything...walking, cycling, swimming or any sport u enjoy at least 4 times a weekdont fry ut foods,,,,boil, steam or bakeand dont feel deprived as ull never stick to it so the occasional treat is finebest of luck with it and enjoy ur special night!

You follow four basic rules and you will lose weight without the stress of dieting. 1. Eat when you are HUNGRY!!! - Eat, a little everytime you are hungry. This will boost your metabalism. Becaus when you are hungry and DONT eat. Your body goes into starvation mode. And it stores all extra energy that it would have normally gotten rid of.2. Eat what you WANT!!! - When you eat a little of what you want then you will not feel as if you are depriving yourself. If you tell yourslef that you CANT eat something, you will want it EVEN MORE!!3. Eat conciously - This means, enjoy EVERY SINGLE mouthful. Eat slowly and savor every bite. Also, put your fork down between bits. You will eat slower, and this will help with the next step4. Stop when you think you are FULL - This might be a funny thing, since you probably know this, but many of us eat even when we are nto longer hungry. BEcaus we dotn KNOW that we are no longer hungry.
