How to lose weight and get fit? -

im 15years old and i want to lose about 15 pounds.i think by losing 15 pounds it will be easier for me to get in shape. im thinking about trying out for the soccer team buti wanna lose the 15 pounds first so i can get in shape i also want the body i want. what should i take or do? i mean i know exerciseing is the best way to go but i want other sources.likepills or whatevr.

honestly the only thing pills will do is just get rid of your water weight, and you can do that on your own. try to exercise for 1 hour a day, and limit your calorie intake to about 1200 calories a day ( Of healthy food of course; no white bread, rice, candy, desserts, pop, etc). If you do this your not going to need to waste your money on expensive pills. Besides your to young for that. Go out and exercise and you ll lose weight in no time. Good luck

like pills or whatevr Get your lazy *** of the couch get the potato chip crums off your chest and go out and excersise.There is no miricle pills that will get rid of the fat...if there was this world wouldnt have any fat people. Watch what you eat and excersies. If you want to do soccer I recomend mixture of jogging and running to get into shape and get ready for the constant running....I d jog 50 yards sprint 25 and run 25.Good diet is the key as wellThere are no miricle pills gurl...go out and run
