How to lose weight quickly? -

my friend exercise everyday,she is in diet now.but still can t lose her weight.she don t want to take pills.plz help my friend.

So do stuff like that and trust me it is lekker (great). She will feel different and full of life. Go for walks in your local parks and do all these fun walks. Strength training and I would join weight watchers. That seem to work for me. She probably is eating wrong if she is exercising a lot a not losing any weight. Good Luck!!
