Eat healthy and work out. I don t believe in taking pills or anything because it can be done without. Don t overeat either, many people eat portions that are too big. Hit the gym a couple times a week.

are you competing for a beauty contest or.?Anyway..if you re competing in a sport..don t try to diet or anything of that sort. If you really want to lose weight, get a personal trainer. If you can t afford it, get a gym membership and take an Alli pills with each meal that is fattening.
if u can ..get a ymca member ship...or ... 1_whenever u feel hungry when its not time 2 eat...drink water, u lll pee a lot but itll work... lift wieghts (check magizines 4 workouts) and if u dont have wieghts lift cans or jugs of milk... work out every other day to let ur muscles recuperate...eventually work out every day...stretch a lot so u dont pull a muscle :) i have more workout tips 4 u so u can msg me if u want peace! zebramongoose@ (youkno it ! where r we? lol)
