You also sound like you are out of shape. It takes a fair amount of time to get your body in shape. The more monitored exercise and diet information you get the better you will be able to function. Having asthma doesn t mean a life sentence of being over weight and physically unfit. We have olympic athletes who have this disease. So it isn t impossible. The more physically fit you are the better your asthma will be in control.
cut the fat out of your diet. eat healthy veggies and fruit. lay off meat, but chicken is better than beef, and fish is awesome too.
