At 14, the safest way to loose weight is under the guidance of your Dr. And the proportions your giving doesn t sound like your that overweight to begin with. Your Dr is going to have the BEST solution for you.The safest, and most successful way I have lost weight is by attending weight watchers meetings and sticking to their plan. Their motto is that this is not a diet, it s a lifestyle change. They teach you how to change the portions of food that you eat. This way, you can still have whatever it is you want, but in moderation. If I were you, I would first speak with your mother or guardian about why you want to loose weight, then I would go to the Dr and ask him for a safe way to do this. Speak to him about Weight watchers, and what they can do for you. Loosing weight is not about a diet. It s about changing how you eat. What your eating and how much. Once you have decided that you want to make that change, and are committed to changing your eating habits to healthy ones, you should be on your way. GOOD LUCK!!!
