well you are quite young and some of it could be baby fat! it s true! I lost my babyfat when I was 19!!! all of a sudden I became skinny!!!But the best way for you to look great is to keep fit! do lotsa activities and if you want to get your midsection in shape then do sit ups! and do lotsa ab work out! nothing good comes without a little bit of hard work and it s great for you later on too! don t diet...just don t unless your doctor tells you exactly how, because I know you won t diet in a healthy way because you don t know how at your age. Just get 1+ hour of cardio EVERYDAY. and also since this can t harm you, the only good way of dieting is splitting your meals in half and eating 6 meals a day. your eating the same amount but more calories are burned and not stored as fat because your metabolism is more active
be happy always. avoid too much carohydrate items, oils, butter and salt etc take little Take carrot, and green vegetables by making salad donot eat sweets. do excecise regularly do not keep your stomach empty. take water at different intervals in the whole day. Pray the almighty while you go to sleep

OK first you should always think this there are other people who have more weight than i do now i don t believe in diets but take this advice:don t eat between foods just eat 3 times a day;now i recommend you to do push-ups and to run a lot,do it like this:30 minutes of exercises, 2 times a day,6 days a weak;GOOD LUCK.
