I need to lose weight fast? -

I have 10 days to lose as much weight as humanly possible. What is the best way to lose it fast. HELP!

I used to do the medical weight loss diet. in the begining, you do a 3 day cleansing of nothing but red meat and green veggies. Breakfast- one egg, half an orange Lunch-all the red meat and green veggies like broccoli* and lettuce* you want Dinner-all the red meat and green veggies like broccoli* and lettuce* you want * Veggies must be fresh, no processed foods* drink at least 32 oz of water (get a big water bottle and drink 2 of them) **Add ice to your water.. your body has to heat it up to use it causing you to burn calories =)*** take a multi vitamin*exercise walk at least 30 minutes a day or (I did Denise Austins workouts at 7 and 7:30 am on lifetime tv)after 3 days, consume at least 1200 calories a day. If you don t your body will go into starvation mode and you will store fat instead of burning fatI also liked an emergency workout video I got from barns and nobles..it has a nice workout and diet program inside..good luck!

Depending on your current body weight and composition, this could be easier said than done.Water weight can be shed by hot yoga, and eating fit (less carbs, no fat, plenty of protein, veggies, and fruit) will help - moderate your calorie intake. In the end, calories in calories out = weight loss.If you are significantly overweight, you can lose quite a bit of weight this way with regular exercise. Drink water. Lots of it. Thats the easist thing to do. Run. Go until your tired, then walk. Catch your breath, then run some more. Do that as long as you can. Lay off sodas, and anything with lots of sugars, carbs, or fat.

You won t lose weight in a healthy manner in 10 days.

Play DDR! lots of it! it really helps!

I can understand there is a purpose to reduce your weight in short time. But i won t recommend you to reduce your weight in 10 days, because it has many side effects.You can eat very less and reduce the weight, but you will lose your health.If Health is not there, then you might look slim, but that shining or brightness will not be in your skin. So eat less and healthy food, and do regular exercise . And reduce the wait gradually. not at once And many more, but i hope you got my point.
