How can i lose weight FAST!? -

im a little over 5 feet. im 14. i need to lose 15 pounds. HELP.pleaseeeeeeee. i need to lose it by march. i also need to get a six pack. i know it will add weight to me but weight is just a number and i want to look GOOD. but i weight 96 pounds now and i need ideas on what i can to to lose weight, gain muscle and advice on what types of food to eat.

well first of all you do not need to lose weight...especially not 15 pounds!!! if you want to tone up try starting with an ab work out like 8 minute abs...do some walking or jogging....do some pushups or curlups.....just eat healty...do NOT deprive yourslef of food tho whatever you do.
