Um, I think that will kill you. (You can always just lose water weight, not actual fat, but that messes up your body and can lead to kidney stones which hurt more than giving birth.)
Eat as much celery as possible it subtracts caleries work out when ever possible only drink water and green tea, eat until your 3/4 full, smile, :)
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink 8 glasses of water througout the day. Drink green tea, it will increase your metabolism. Excercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Hey, a REALISTIC goal for a change! Not I want to lose 50lbs in one week! crap that usually posts here. Well, you have a big advantage in that you can actually accomplish what you want.This will suck for a while, but if you really want that 15lbs gone here are the best tips I can give you:1. EAT BREAKFAST: It starts your metabolism early and lets you burn more calories throughout the day than if you skipped it.2. DO NOT EAT: McDonald s, Taco Bell, KFC, A W, Burger King, or anything fried. EVER! This is the part that is difficult, because it is so EASY to eat fast food when you re hungry. Just don t. 3. DO NOT DRINK: soda, energy drinks, or alcohol. Even diet drinks will screw with your body in weird ways. No chemicals if you can help it.4. READ LABELS: do not eat anything that has the words high fructose or hydrogenated in the ingredient list. Bad stuff that has no nutritional value, so even after eating it your body craves something else and you binge on empty calories.5. EAT: whole grains, organic fruits vegetables, lean meats. Carbs are NOT your enemy, but eat sandwiches on 7-grain bread instead of white bread, eat a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger and hold the mayo, and get your Qdoba burrito naked instead of in a tortilla. Make conscious choices to cut out fat in small ways that don t leave you feeling deprived.6. EXERCISE: this is the most important thing. Bikernoj gave you all the best advice! To that I might add trying a colon cleanse product to detox and cleanse the system. If that sounds scary, at least add some sugar-free Metamucil to your routine - this is recommended in the South Beach Diet, which I do, and I think it really helps.Also you can lose 2-4 pounds sitting in a sauna but that is water weight and comes back quickly.
